What we collect
What you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone, machine type and the text of your message. Plus the technical data logged by the web server (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and diagnostics.
Why we process it
To answer your request and for the commercial contact that may follow. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for 24 months; server logs for the period set by the hosting provider.
Who we share it with
The hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A.), acting as data processor. Nothing is passed to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor IP address. Hosting the fonts on quadraq.com removes that external call entirely.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to privacy@quadraq.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority.
